At the core of SNG’s service offer is our ONLINE IMPACT TRACKING TOOL^© (OITT), a proprietary online survey and data analysis platform powered by QUALTRICS^© technology – used with a unique economic forecasting and business benchmarking methodology.

The OITT^© platform is designed for collecting data directly from informants: individual businesses, organizations and households. The collected data is analyzed and findings may be used by various stakeholder groups: informants themselves for self-benchmarking, other stakeholder support organizations, consultants or certified SNG licensees who are working with communities and regions to leverage broadband for economic development.
