Project Highlights

De-risking Investment Decisions

Analysis tools used by SNG to examine regional economies identified economic sectors which are particularly important to the region and which can best take advantage of the benefits offered by ICT. This approach has successfully been implemented in Kawartha Lakes (Victoria County) and Elgin County, Ontario.

SNG has been able to target specific economic sectors within a community, and then using its supply-chain analysis, identify specific industries as well as their needs and opportunities within these key sectors. The resulting recommendations allow stakeholders to better focus economic development efforts and / or vendor activities to meet the identified needs of their community or region.

Market Planning / Economic Profiles

With proven analysis and evaluation methods, SNG profiles markets and local economies to identify gaps and marketable opportunities that produce economic benefits and new revenues.
